REFUND POLICY

Traditionally, businesses that offer services don’t refund but we will do the direct opposite to let you see how committed we are to deliver on our promises.

The client is entitled to get a refund when the initial concepts for a logo are provided. Client has a right to reject them and ask for the refund. But once the client approves it and asks for revision, the refund offer becomes void.

For special offers and deals, same refund policy will be applicable. Please note that the customer claiming a refund will not be allowed to use the initial design concepts sent to them. The copyrights shall remain to be of Fusionx Planet design until fully paid.

If by any reason you are not satisfied with our service or product you paid for, we will give you a refund of your money. We can guarantee you that.

Our reputation is bigger than any amount of money we can charge any client. It’s a no-question asked refund policy. But if we deliver on our promise, we’d be glad to have the recommendation of your friends.

If you are not satisfied with what you paid for, please send an email stating your dissatisfaction to fusionxplanet@gmail.com. If the bane of your dissatisfaction is from us, we will look into how to resolve it and if we can’t, we will send your money back with full deduction on the money spent already exhausted.
